Add comprehensive shell completion support: - New `xcli completion` command to generate shell scripts - Dynamic argument completion for service-related commands (start, stop, restart, logs) using orchestrator config - Static completion for mode, rebuild, and release commands - Multi-arg completion for release filters already-used args - Documentation in README for setup instructions
